Strategy · Brand · Content · Digital Experience

I turn scattered potential into clearer positioning, stronger brands and systems built to grow.

I’m Fouad Ouaggad. Over more than 13 years, I moved from journalism and newsroom leadership into building teams, products and digital experiences across media and technology. Today I work with founders, companies and experts when the value is there — but clarity, systems or direction have not fully caught up.

Journalist mind. Product mindset. Obsessed with building from zero.

When am I useful?

I am useful when the value is already there, but something essential has not yet found its right shape.

Before talking about services, look for your situation here. If you find yourself in it, we can probably have a useful conversation.

01

You have a good company, but people do not understand why they should choose it.

We review positioning, offer, messaging, identity and content until the brand reflects the project’s real value.

02

You have a big idea, but everything is still scattered.

We turn the idea into vision, priorities, experience, systems and a measurable execution plan.

03

You have real experience, but your presence does not reflect your value.

We build positioning, narrative, voice and a content system that turns knowledge into trust and opportunities.

04

Your project is growing, but teams, experience and operations have not caught up.

We find the points of chaos and build the system that allows growth without the experience collapsing.

Work & Experience

I did not learn these things from books alone. I built them inside real projects and teams.

Ways to work together

You may need one decisive session. Or you may need someone who stays close to execution.

How I think

I do not sell ready-made answers. I build a clearer way to see the problem and make the decision.

I look for the problem before the solution.

A company may ask for content while its real problem is positioning — or ask for leads while the real problem is trust.

I build systems, not temporary campaigns.

The goal is not to make everything depend on one burst of energy or one person.

I look for evidence in the market.

A beautiful idea is not enough. We need to see how people actually respond.

I prefer fast execution that creates learning.

A real version we can test and learn from is better than a perfect strategy that never leaves PowerPoint.

The story

From journalism to building teams, products and digital experiences.

I started writing online in 2009, before I knew it would change my life. I moved from blogging into journalism, from leading a newsroom into building a video department and a team of about 30 people, then into startups and technology.

At almost every stage, I also looked for independent projects and companies to work with, because I believed the fastest way to sharpen experience was to apply it across different contexts and challenges.

Do not send me a generic pitch. Send me the problem you are trying to solve.

The clearer your description, the more useful my reply. And if I am not the right person for your challenge, I will tell you honestly.
